We provide land surveying services to a diverse range of clients, from residential to commercial projects. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Land Surveyor Apprentice.

Job Description: As a Land Surveyor Apprentice, you will work under the supervision of experienced surveyors, gaining hands-on experience and knowledge in the field of land surveying. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in land surveying and develop the skills needed to become a professional surveyor.

Responsibilities:

    • Assist in conducting land surveys and measurements.
    • Operate surveying equipment, such as GPS, total stations, and levels.
    • Learn and Assist in preparing Survey Plats using CAD software.
    • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure project deadlines are met.

Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Strong interest in land surveying.
    • Basic understanding of mathematics and geometry.
    • Proficiency with computer software.
    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
    • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
    • Being able to perform some physical tasks such as pounding stakes, setting monuments, and being able to carry equipment along uneven terrain.
    • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in land surveying or a related field.
    • Familiarity with surveying software and tools.

Pay: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour
